One-bedroom Villa, are all one level villas ranging in size from 57 sqm to 80 sqm, all with outdoor terrace space, located on the third floor and fourth floor of the building.
Two-bedroom Villas, with the option of a one level or a duplex villa, ranging in size from 114 sqm to 257 sqm, most with outdoor terrace space, located thru out the building.
Three-bedroom Villas, with the option of a one level or a duplex villa, ranging in size from 205 sqm to 308 sqm, all with outdoor terrace space and some with private gardens, located thru out the building.
Four-bedroom Villas are all duplex villas, ranging in size from 270 sqm to 317 sqm, all with outdoor terrace space, located on the ground floor and the sixth floor of the building.
Nguyen Du Park Villas offers the option of a short term stay or a long term residence. A short term stay is from one night to less than a month, with a long term residence being one month or more.

Short Term Rates
The rate will be available upon the enquiry. The rate ++ 10% Service Charge and 10% VAT.
The rate includes airport pick up or drop off, wireless ADSL service, drinking water, amenities, utilities, use of all facilities.
The rate excludes, personal laundry service and telephone calls, these will be billed upon check out based on the actual amount used.
All villas come fully furnished and fully serviced (seven days per week including Public Holidays).
Long Term Rates
In order to receive a quote for our long term residence please contact Reservations at reservation@ndparkvillas.com, they will be happy to assist you. For Reservations to better serve you please provide your estimated arrival date, length of stay and the size villa you require.
The long term rate includes Daily House Keeping Service (excluding Sunday and Public holidays), wireless ADSL service, cable TV, cooking gas, potable tap water, use of all facilities.
The long term rate excludes electricity, personal laundry service and telephone calls; these will be billed at the end of the month based on the actual amount used.
